What a day!
Gosh it's been a day and half for me today, Iain has been home from School ill, Looby has just gone down with the same bug and for me, well today I had to make some very difficult decisions about something which was very close to my heart.
I left my forum, the first home of papercrafting I ever found, things had just gotten too difficult, I won't say anymore as I have discussed it with my hubby over and over and some things are better left unsaid.
In saying that it was a wrench saying goodbye, I had so many emails today from friends who I had met through PCUK and thats the thing I will carry with me through life, those wonderful friends of all ages who share a love of paper and all things crafty.
I also spoke to my friend who I'm a little worried over as she was admitted to hospital last night, hope you are feeling better soon Jane (BIG HUGS)
So what does the future hold for me now, well I'm going to be taking over the running of my team on UKS which promises to be lots of fun, I have a great team of lovely ladies who I have become great friends with over there. I also have my design team work for www.happyscrapper.co.uk
If you haven't checked out Happy scrapper before, give them a look, they have great service, no minimum order and free p&p if you spend over £5, they have loads of scrummy new papers in lately, I ordered some the other day i the KMA dirty laundry collection, they haven't arrived yet but they look just gorgeous. Just thought I would share with you this photo of my daughter Abigail from this morning, I did however have to repair it with the clone tool as hse has a huge bruise on her cheek at the moment and marks around her mouth from the cold, my son helped me and I'm quite chuffed with it now.
